2. Approval & Instructions: Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item.
3. Shipping the Item: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange.

3. Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the return is received.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, follow the same return process and mention the exchange request in your return form. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
